What if CareSquad AI mistakenly flags something as a scam?
Sometimes CareSquad AI makes a mistake and thinks an ad or article about scams might be a scam. Not to worry, just close the window or let us know in the feedback. When you do that, we’ll prevent any popup on that website for 24 hours to give us time for the system to learn its mistake. This helps train our AI model for everyone so we all stay safer on the internet.
How often do you update CareSquad AI to detect new scams?
All cybersecurity companies create stagnant lists of known attacks and check against that list but it gets outdated quickly. We’re taking a different approach by training a super intelligence AI how scams occur and then it decides if a scam is occurring. So while we do continue to improve the AI, it already knows the latest scams even before they happen.
What's the difference between the free and paid tiers of CareSquad AI?
Our free tier is great for basic protection, but our paid tier ($3.99/month) is where the magic really happens! You get continuous monitoring, more types of scam detection, and personalized next steps if you encounter a scam. It's like having a personal cybersecurity expert always next to you.
Can I use CareSquad AI on my phone or tablet?

Privacy is super important to us, our family uses CareSquad AI too . For free users, we anonymize all data before using it to improve our service. If you're on our paid tier, we don't store or use your data at all. We also use industry leading encryption to keep your info safe. No one at CareSquad AI has access or sees your personal browsing data.

No. We've designed CareSquad AI to be lightweight and efficient. It runs quietly in the background without impacting your computer's resources. You'll barely notice it's there – until it saves you from a terrible scam. If you do notice any slowdowns, contact support and we'll help you out.
How accurate is CareSquad AI at detecting scams?
We've trained our AI on a lot of known scams, so it's pretty good at spotting most scams we’ve run into. In our tests, CareSquad AI correctly identifies over 90% of scams. But remember, technology isn't perfect (yet!) and with your support, we continue to improve.
